Only when you open a metered report or export data. A deep site report costs 25 credits and covers that site for the rest of the month, however many times you come back to it. Catchment analysis works the same way per location. Browsing the map costs nothing.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings or the Paddle customer portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. No renewal, no admin fee.

Annual bills 10× the monthly price — so you get 2 months free. Best if Storage Compass is a core part of your workflow. Otherwise start monthly and switch later.

Yes. Every price on this page includes UK VAT, so nothing extra is added at checkout. The amount you see is the amount you pay. Outside the UK, local tax rules are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

The map, search and town pages stay open — they never cost credits. Metered reports and exports pause until you buy a top-up pack or upgrade. Your allowance resets on your own renewal date each month (the day you subscribed), not on the 1st, and top-up credits never expire.
