Data is aggregated from public registers (Companies House, HM Land Registry, local planning authorities, ONS, UK Police, Ordnance Survey open data, OpenStreetMap), operator websites, third-party APIs, and our own modelling. Sources vary in freshness and completeness. Records may be missing, mis-classified, out of date, mis-geocoded, or reflect operator-published information we have not independently verified.

Metrics including — but not limited to — supply-gap scores, catchment demographics, drive-time isochrones, build-cost estimates, occupancy proxies, rent comps, filing-health signals, gem scores and site underwriting outputs are estimates derived from statistical models and public benchmarks (e.g. SSA UK annual reports, Census 2021). They are indicative only and should not be used as valuations or feasibility conclusions.

Green Belt, brownfield register and other designation overlays are served from local authority open-data feeds where available. Boundaries are shown for orientation only and are not a substitute for a formal planning search or a local plan review. Always verify with the relevant Local Planning Authority.

Planning application data is sourced from LPA feeds and PlanIt. Status, decisions and conditions may lag the LPA record. Do not treat the platform as an official planning register.

Where we display satellite imagery, Street View, mapping tiles, company records or operator logos, those materials remain the property of and are subject to the terms of their respective providers (including Google Maps Platform, Companies House, and OpenStreetMap contributors under ODbL).

Use of the Service does not create a surveyor, agent, valuer, solicitor, accountant, financial adviser, planner or fiduciary relationship between you and Storage Compass or its operator.

Any forward-looking commentary (market outlooks, undersupply/oversupply verdicts, opportunity scoring) reflects opinion based on the data available at the time and is subject to change without notice.
